By booking you are accepting the terms and conditions below, extra conditions have been introduced to protect you in the present situation:
- The workshop is open to fully vaccinated( COVID Vaccine) people or to those who have natural immunity through having had COVID or who have a medical exemption from vaccination. This restriction is in place to help protect all participants.
- Those booking as a couple stay together throughout the workshop and/or course. You will not be asked to change partners.
- If you a re not a couple please book as a single individual and you will be asked to change partners throughout the workshop and/or course. Individuals are asked to please book early.
- Payment is required before the start date.
- Generally no refunds or credit will be given for non attendance once a booking has been made except in the event of illness , injury or COVID isolation by the participant.
- In the event of COVID restrictions prohibiting the workshop or course taking place you will receive a full refund for any cancelled classes or workshop.
- Please, no video recording of the teaching material or teachers but you are welcome to video each other(with the subjects consent)
- JitterbugJive reserves the right of cancellation, in which case you will receive a full refund of your fee.
